A little history from our founder, A.L. Hamilton...

I proudly served as a Battalion Tank Commander in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam conflict. During the final year of my active duty, I was appointed to serve as our battalion training officer, where I was responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing training programs for the 2,000 wonderful men of the 3rd Marine Division. I was then, and I will always be very proud of the deeply committed men and women with whom I served, and the value of teamwork that it imparted on my life. I have followed that teamwork principle ever since and it has led us to wonderful success in both personal and business relationships. To all of them, my heartfelt Semper Fi!

Upon completing my tour of service in 1971, I made the best decision of my life when I married my wife of 38 years and counting.
